Hi and welcome to my site,

My name is Alin and I'm a photography lover, as you will see from the content of this web album. This is not a new hobby of mine since I've started as a young painter from early childhood. Later on, I've discovered digital photography and since then, I never stopped shooting.

My father was a professional photographer and it seems I've got something from him. My mom is a biologyst and I've got something from her also: the love for nature. From here, its easy to understand that what I love most shooting is nature and you'll see more photos with nature as the main subject than any other subject in this site.

I don't do photography for living, but sometimes I go for some paid sessions in order to be able to get new equipment. I've won couple of prizes in photography contests, national and international, but the one I'm really proud of is the Grand Prize on Microsoft Future Pro Photographer 2006. (you can see the wining picture here).
